Diane began her career in the financial industry in 1987 with one of the largest investment corporations in Canada. During her time she was involved in coordination and administration of printing and distribution of promotional material to the sales force and clients. In this role, one of her responsibilities was the production and distribution of the annual; semi-annual reports and prospecting for the organization. Diane also assumed a leading role in the implementation and organization of the corporate archive, in conjunction with Canada Research and Records liaisons.
Over the 25 years in the industry she has had many roles including client service, sales, advertising, communication, and marketing. The variety of responsibilities has helped in her commitment and understanding of our client’s needs so that she can provide a positive client experience.

Lisa is a retired teacher, having spent 30 years teaching in the St. Vital and Louis Riel School Divisions. Her retirement decision was made when the opportunity arose to fulfill the life-long dream of working together with her husband, in his financial services business. As Tom’s previous assistant planned for her own retirement the timing was right for Lisa to make a career change and fulfill her dream.
As a life-long learner, Lisa is enjoying the many new challenges of learning the insurance and investment aspects of the financial services business. She is currently enrolled in the LLQP program to obtain her life insurance and accident/sickness licenses and finds the material challenging and stimulating.
Lisa’s passions outside of work are cooking, gardening and playing music with her family band. She values her connections with family and friends and enjoys entertaining whenever she can. Personal connections, building trust, accountability, and providing service have been hallmarks of her work as an educator. These principles will continue to guide her as she develops relationships at Four Points Financial Solutions. She is looking forward to meeting face-to-face with Tom’s clients.
